But all of this gets smashed to smithereens when she is abducted in the middle of the night. She is captured into a part drug/sex trafficking ring. And the one who orchestrates it all wants Jules... forever.

To ensure women stay and are subservient, they drug them with a drug called Blyss... it makes the captor euphorically happy. But Jules is a strong girl and bucks the very idea and drug at every turn.

Travis is in charge of "breaking" the new girls in. There is an immediate connection between him and Jules that he tries to brush off but he can't help feel for her. He wants to help her but has a job to do. In one instant he makes Jules believe that he feels for her and in the next instant that she is nothing more than a slave.

This book will take you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions of hope, fear, love, lust, sadness, insanity...

4.5 stars!

Thank God this picked up right where we left off... Travis walking out the door leaving her with Nick.

Julianna has to learn how to play by Nick's rules, bidding her time while she tries to formulate a plan of escape. Travis is gone and she feels like she could have never counted on him in the first place.

At first Jules plays the game perfectly, Nick has no clue. She constantly is comparing the two men in her mind. She misses Travis yet at the same time chastises herself for it. How could she miss someone who had a part in her abduction.

In this book you learn more about Nick. Nick is very dominant and controlling and in his sick and twisted mind he wants Julianna as his forever.

At the end of this.... wow. It'll leave you begging for book three.

Is Travis really after her heart?
Who will finally "win" her after all? Will she be able to look at more than just her being used?

Seriously - go one click this now. In fact... read the whole damn series. You will not be disappointed.

This is not your typical romance. Blyss is a raw and gritty series that will have your heart pumping. A word of caution though - this series deals with dark subject matter and isn't for the faint of heart, it may also include triggers for some.

The story focuses mainly on Travis and Julianna.

Travis personafies the bug bad wolf in every sense of the word. When saying he is the lesser of two evils when it comes to Nick, is saying a lot.

Juls finds herself in a very dangerous and scary situation. Torn from her family home and forced to spend her days under lock and key, while strangers watch her every move.

Finding Travis seems to be her saving grace until, she thinks he turns on her too.

This series will keep you guessing and questioning everything you think you know about what's unfolding.

If you're looking for something different and can handle the anticipation, angst and grit, this book is for you! 4 star read for sure.

The Blyss Trilogy by JC Cliff will stir you up and mess with your mind to the point you don’t know what end is up. It really needs to come with a warning label that if you have anxiety, proceed with caution. LOL! Besides that, it is full of action, intrigue, and more than a few surprises that will leave you guessing.

Jules is kidnapped and is ready to fight her kidnappers every step of the way, but they have the Blyss drug and it makes it harder to stand her ground than it should be. Plus there is an underlying current between her and the trainer Travis that leaves her feeling like she is cheating on her fiancé.

The man who kidnapped her, Nick, says he loves Jules, but he wants to keep her drugged up and submissive. Travis says that she is nothing but a slave, however, there is something in his eyes. In her opinion, neither man is good for her. And yet, we find that there is so much more to Travis than he appears and he becomes the hero you want him to be.

If you have read Quinn, this series actually fills in the gaps about Blyss and this is where we are first introduced to Quinn. Although both can be read without the other, it does help to understand a few things.

I’m not going to lie, this book had my anxiety flaring at any given point and I would have to set it down and come back to it. It is a cluster, but in a good way. The mystery and action will keep drawing you in, and you need to know what happens next. The end felt a little rushed, but I understand what the author was doing with it. I do recommend reading it and give it 4 stars. Once click today!

JC Cliff literally stole my breath away in this first book multiple times from gasping and saying WTF!  This book will not be for everyone but if you like a different style then just your everyday romance with a dark twist then this is certainly going spike your interest.  And JC wouldn't have it any other way than ending her book in a cliffy... and OMG what a cliffy it is...

Blyssful Lies is the second book in the Blyss Trilogy. I thought the first book Blyss was amazing but damn if this didn't top it 100%! This is a trilogy so there will be another book so as you may have already figured out it ends in a cliffy.. a huge disturbingly frightening cliffy! Even though I never give a cliffy a 5 star there was no way I was not given this a huge 5 stars! Even though some might find this story quite disturbing I freaking loved every minute of it so far.. I am really getting tired of the same old love story and this story so far is nothing ordinary it will keep you on your toes and having many WTF moments. The chemistry between these characters is off the charts and damn if J.C. Cliff hasn't found her way into being one of my authors. I don't want to give to much away because even the littlest of hints or teasers will give the story line away!

WOW! What an ending to a great series!  This was a wild ride from the first book all the way to the third.  You will want to pick up this series asap!  We get more from these characters when we get to read the side characters stories!  Quinn which is out now in a 2 book series.. and Stryker is coming can't wait!
